The law firm of Aldridge, Actkinson & Rutter, LLP and its predecessors in title, is one of the oldest established law firms in the Panhandle of Texas and Eastern New Mexico.
The law firm began in 1928 with its founders, John Aldridge and Sam Aldridge, and continues today as a law firm that has a general practice of law in Texas and New Mexico. The firm has emphasized its practice over the years in real estate, probate, and contract law along with personal injury and other matters of civil litigation.
The partners of the firm are Marion Ty Rutter, licensed 1987, and Jeff Actkinson, licensed 1997.
The firm has offices at 402 3rd Street, Farwell, Texas and 1200 Mitchell Street, Clovis, New Mexico.
